MindNest provides managed services to Texas Behavioral Health, PLLC.. (“TBH”), an independent healthcare group. MindNest is not a healthcare group itself, has no ownership interest in TBH, does not have control over the policies or practices of TBH, and is not responsible for the quality of care provided by TBH. TBH has its own separate “Notice of Privacy Practices”, which can be found on the Site.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand MindNest’s policies and practices regarding your information and how we use it.
